• All fuel and gas sales are final, and refunds will not be issued once a transaction is completed.
• We ensure the quality and safety of our fuel, CNG, and LPG products.
• Customers must comply with all safety regulations when handling and using LPG and CNG.

Pricing & Payments

• All prices are subject to change based on market fluctuations and government regulations.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through accepted payment methods.
• For bulk orders, advance payments may be required as per company policy.

Safety & Compliance

• Customers must follow all safety guidelines provided while handling fuel, LPG, or CNG.
• We strictly adhere to national and environmental safety standards.
• Illegal resale or misuse of our products is strictly prohibited.

Liability & Responsibility

Energy Hub Bangladesh is not liable for any damages, accidents, or injuries resulting from improper handling, transportation, or use of fuel, CNG, or LPG by customers.

Termination of Services

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate any contract in cases of policy violations, fraudulent activities, or unsafe practices.
